Deborah Whisennand, 65 year old Woodward resident, died Saturday, February 1, 2020 in Woodward. Memorial services were held at 10 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2020 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel. Interment was in the Greenlawn Cemetery in Pratt, Kansas.
