Rudolph "Rudy" John Grapper, 81, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018 at his home in Pratt. He was born February 19, 1937 in Prior Lake, Minnesota to John and Marie (Blohm) Grapper. On December 16, 1968 he married Sarah Jane (Billman) Grapper in Lakeville, Minnesota. She survives.Rudy worked as a Chief Inspector in the Oil and Gas Industry.
