HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, ARKANSAS — Tuitti M. Bolen-Fullerton, 93, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at her home in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. She was born June 30, 1925 in Kinsley to Charles R. and Bertha V. (McVey) McFarren. On July 19, 1944 she married Fred Bolen in Pratt. He preceded her in death on June 12, 1971.
