HAVILAND, KANSAS — Elsa Mae Chitwood, 92, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Home Again Senior Living in Haviland. She was born December 16, 1925 in Sun City to William Clell and Elsie Ida (Wiltshire) West. On July 14, 1954, she married Jerry Chitwood in Springfield, Tennessee.
