Silvia Grace Nossaman, 70, passed away Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Select Specialty Saint Francis in Wichita. She was born November 8, 1947 in Kingman to Clifford H. and Thelma (Brown) Nossaman. Silvia was a member of Reach Church and Sweet Adelines.
