PRATT, KS — Richard Allen Parson, 71, passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at his home in Pratt. He was born February 15, 1946 in Anthony to Wallace M. and Madline I. (Wells) Parson. On September 24, 1962, he married Elna (Rose) Parson in Reseda, California.Richard and Elna opened their home to numerous foster children over the years. He worked as a Water Well Driller.
