IUKA — Sally Leean Prosser, 65, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. She was born July 31, 1952 in Hutchinson to Donald "Pete" and Billie Louise (True) Messick. On September 18, 1971 she married Maurice Prosser in Odin, Kansas. He survives.Sally worked at Pratt Community College for 23 years and then the Pratt County Courthouse for 4 years. [...]
