PRATT, KS — Robert "Bob" Edward Epp, 83, passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at Pratt Rehabilitation and Residence Center. He was born April 11, 1934 in Pratt the son of Paul R. and Dorothy C. (Richardson) Epp. On July 15, 1956 he married Suellen Eastes. She preceded him in death on December 25, 2015.Bob served in the Army from 1956-58 then was in the Army Reserves for 4 years.
