Fred M. Laprad, 101, a life-long resident of Rossville, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017, at Milner Community Health.He was born February 1, 1916, in Camden, to John Thomas "Tom" and Nancy Barnhart Laprad. On February 27, 1939, he married Wilma Smeltzer; she passed away on August 18, 1968.
