LUCAS, KS —David R. Felio, 47, passed away April 17, 2017. He was an oil field cementer and lived in Medicine Lodge, Kansas many years before recently moving to Lucas. He was born November 19, 1970 in Dexter, Missouri. He was married to Audrey Naegle Felio and they had 13 children and five grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents.
