Haviland- Phil Baker, 77, died February 12, 2017 at the Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born January 12, 1940 the son of Clarence Paris and Gretchen (Bowlin) Baker. He was a farmer and lifetime resident of Haviland, Kansas. Phil graduated from Cullison High School in 1958. On September 8, 1963 Phil married Carol Greenstreet in Pratt, Kansas. She survives.
