Clarice Lucerne Montague, age 86, passed away on Jan. 14, 2016, at the Hilltop Nursing Home in Cunningham, Kansas. Lucerne, lovingly known as "Cernie" to her family, was born in Anthony, Kansas on July 29, 1929.
