Howard White passed away Jan. 12, 2016 at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. Howard was born on January 16, 1924 to John and Daisy (Allphin) White in Pratt. On Feb. 25, 1945 he married Priscilla Lunt in Pratt. She survives.Howard served in the Navy during WWII and Korean War.
